Important if you are using Windows 8.1:
Disconnect the phone from the PC before installation and if necessary uninstall the USB driver via the Device Manager. Start the installation of the driver.
When the USB or COM interrogation comes, as the phone is connected to the PC, connect it to the computer and wait for it to appear in the Device Manager. Then continue the installation as normal. If it does not work then call us.

Important if you are using Windows 10:
Please uninstall the TAPI driver of the elmeg CS410. Then restart your computer. When the computer starts up again, right-click on the TAPI driver setup file and in the pop-up menu that opens, select & #8220; Handling Compatibility Issues & #8221; and install the driver with the settings for Windows 8.
After another restart, the driver should work. If the driver still does not work, please call our support.

Watch out:

The phone must not be connected to a hub, otherwise the driver will not work

TAPICall

  1. Install the TAPI driver and if necessary configure it in the "Control Panel" under "Phone and Modem" in the "Advanced" area.
  2. Download TAPICall and run the installation file. The installation file is also located in the above TAPI driver download (filename TAPICall-10002.msi)
  3. Select the installed driver in TAPICall.
  4. Work effectively and quickly. Here is an introductory video to the main features of TAPICall.

Hints

Start the setup file of the TAPI driver you downloaded and follow the user guide. After completing the installation, it may be necessary to restart the computer. Some download files contain several TAPI drivers. Please pay attention to the selection of the driver suitable for your device. If the connection is made via USB, first install the USB driver of the device and then the TAPI driver.
