If you already have Auerswald drivers on your PC that you want to update, you must first completely uninstall the existing drivers.
Unplug the USB plugs of all Auerswald USB devices from the PC. Open the Control Panel with Start & #8230; Settings & #8230; Control Panel, double-click the Add / Remove Programs icon, highlight Auerswald CAPI 2.0 Driver, and then click the Add / Remove button to uninstall the Auerswald CAPI 2.0 driver.
