Call Bridge

For use with Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10 64-bit, the software version of the system for using the CallBridge V2 R3.14.0 must be relatively up-to-date: (2000 series, 4000 series and F900 = minimum V. 2/3000 series and F200 F650 at least V. 7). If your system has an older software version and you are using Windows 7 64-bit, you can install the CallBridge V2 R2.2.0. The constellation is not officially released, but works in 99% of cases. For use with Windows 8 / 8.1 / 10 64-bit you may need to update your system!

Only use the CallBridge V2 R3.7.0 if there are problems with the V2 R3.14.0.

Use the CallBridge V2 R2.2.0 only for Windows 7 64-bit systems, if the system does not have a current software version.

Supported system telephones

The easiest way to upgrade your PC with CTI is to use a USB / LAN / V.24 cable between your phone and PC. Very important here is the telephone system: This decides whether it is possible and based on the installed firmware, which Callbridge version you can use.
Which system phones from Siemens and Telekom can be used can be found in the list.

Basically, if you operate Windows with 64-bit, the latest firmware should always be installed on the PBX. If this is not the case, there are still ways to enable CTI. We are happy to advise you by phone on the subject on +49 (6422) 89800-50.

  1. Install the TAPI driver and if necessary configure it in the "Control Panel" under "Phone and Modem" in the "Advanced" area.
  2. Download TAPICall and run the installation file. The installation file is also located in the above TAPI driver download (filename TAPICall-10002.msi)
  3. Select the installed driver in TAPICall.
  4. Work effectively and quickly. Here is an introductory video to the main features of TAPICall.


Start the setup file of the TAPI driver you downloaded and follow the user guide. After completing the installation, it may be necessary to restart the computer. Some download files contain several TAPI drivers. Please pay attention to the selection of the driver suitable for your device. If the connection is made via USB, first install the USB driver of the device and then the TAPI driver.
